All training plans include:
Custom built training schedule through Training Peaks
Access to Internet support chat-forum
Unlimited access to one of our USAT Certified Coaches
The option to employ one-on-one, coach-assisted, personally trained sessions at an additional cost
Information on all aspects of the training plan from swim drills to nutritional planning
Additional plan options such as training camps, clinics, etc. will be available for an additional cost.

PLAN PRICING:
$20 per week, per athlete
Pre-puchased plans are provided in 8 week blocks ($160 plus minor credit card processing fee)
Plans are available for the following races:
Sprint: (recommended 8-12 weeks of training)
Olympic: (recommended 12-16 weeks of training)
Half-Ironman: (recommended 16-24 weeks of training)
Ironman: (recommended 24-32 weeks of training)
Marathon
1/2 Marathon
